57. TeX comments

Adds or removes the TeX comments symbol "%" to the selected lines of text.

If the following three lines were selected as a block of text

a
b
c

and this clip has been run, then you get commented lines started with the two-character string "% ":

% a
% b
% c

If you select the lines which are commented out and run this clip, then the comment symbols "% " will be removed.
