15. Headings ...

Allows selection of the heading level.
If there is selected text, then it is used as an argument, otherwise the cursor is positioned properly.

How it works:

If there is no selected text, then clicking on the 'Headings' clip and choosing 'section' should give
\section{}
If the word 'Introduction' has been selected, then clicking on 'Headings' and choosing 'section' should give:
\section[Introduction]{Introduction}
The argument in brackets is used for creating the table of contents.
